Occasionally we may ask you to assist by filling out confidential patient satisfaction questionnaire. This helps to evaluate and improve our service.
Any suggestions on how we can improve or expand our service are welcomed and there is a suggestion box on the counter in the waiting room. The practice manager is onsite most days and available to have a chat or message us on social media. Please give us the opportunity to improve if you are not satisfied.
