Dr Savy worked as a Nurse for 15 years before starting her medical career at Toowoomba Base Hospital. During her first few years of being a doctor she enjoyed working in rural and remote areas and has decided to call Toowoomba home whilst she completes her General Practitioner training.

With her interest in public health, Dr Savy enjoys providing education to her patients about preventative health strategies and has a particular interest in performing skin checks due to skin cancer being of great concern in Australia. She also enjoys seeing children, having three children at home to look after, not to mention numerous other animals her family have on their hobby farm.
