Dr Tappies and Welma Joubert took over the management of Toowoomba Medical Centre on 1 February 2023 and they are committed to continue the excellence and care that has been built up over the last 38 years.
Tappies has an extensive medical background across emergency and general practice and has a passion for men's health, paediatrics and chronic disease management. Welma will be practice manager and is a dietitian for Optimise Nutrition Darling Downs.
