A reminder that there are some out of pocket fees for procedures at our practice.
This fee is for the following appointment types: excisions, iron infusions, implanon removal and insertion, and other procedures. This is not claimable with Medicare.
You will be notified of any out of pocket fees by your doctor or reception staff.
