Practice Updates

Over the past few months there have been discussions about the improvement opportunities that can be made to the practice to ensure that we continue to offer the best possible care to patients into the new decade

We have been working on both short- and long-term goals. Some short-term changes that have occurred include an update to the layout of the waiting room and the introduction of new signs facing Drayton Road. The improvements to the waiting room will be ongoing, as we gauge feedback from not only staff but also patients. Over the coming months you will notice new layouts and furniture. We appreciate if you can please provide feedback.  

We are also proud to announce that we have been working long and hard on a new sign to help patients locate the practice. The new signs were installed over the week prior to Christmas, and we would like to thank Shannon Signs for their help and involvement in ensuring we received the best product to promote the practice.
