During these unprecedented times of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is easy to neglect your mental health. We are all travelling less, being less social and having less interactions with our friends and family to keep ourselves and our community safe. This can take a toll on our mental health.

A lot of people are lonely and feeling anxious about what the future holds. Even though we are in the middle of a pandemic, it is important to look after yourself and your mental health.
