The International Day of Happiness is celebrated annually throughout the world on 20th March and was established by the United Nations General Assembly on 12th July, 2012.
As we face a global pandemic together, let’s find positive ways to look after ourselves and each other. Some actions for happier living include: eat a healthy diet and keep active, keep a gratitude journal, maintain a positive attitude, learn something new, set some achievable goals, practice mindfulness and meditation, spend time in nature, connect with family and friends, do something helpful for others.
If you find you are feeling disconnected and unmotivated or experiencing anxiety or depression, please reach out and talk to someone, or make an appointment to see one of our doctors to discuss your mental health and well-being.
