How To Survive Winter

Winter has arrived and with that comes the flu season, cooler weather, and reasons to not exercise or go outdoors.

However, it is important that you be sensible and responsible and ensure that you spend some time each day exercising in the fresh air (weather permitting) to help boost your immune system. Good food, rest and water intake are also key components to keeping healthy during this time.
