To help lower these statistics, Toowoomba Medical Centre is inviting patients aged between 45 and 74 years to undertake a Heart Health Check.
This 40-minute appointment with both a practice nurse and your doctor, includes an ECG and a review of your cholesterol levels as well as your overall health, a review of your family history, and lifestyle factors and help to create you a plan to manage your ongoing heart health.
