Fight Away The Winter Blues

Now that winter is here it’s time to remember to keep healthy.  Those cold and miserable days aren’t always fun, but there are ways to fight away the winter blues.  Here’s a few handy tips:

  1. Get your flu vaccination
  2. Wash your hands regularly
  3. Use tissues or the inside of your arm when coughing or sneezing
  4. Regularly clean surfaces
  5. Remember to hydrate
  6. Cook warm healthy comfort food
