We would like to advise all our patients, that effective from 1st January 2021, we have introduced a Did Not Attend Policy at the practice.
For patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without providing a minimum of 2 hours’ notice for cancellation will be charged a $25 fee.
This fee will be payable prior to booking your next appointment at the practice.
This decision has not been made lightly but in view of increased requests for appointments and then non-attendance by some patients, we feel we need to implement this policy for the benefit of those who are needing to see their doctor.
