Change to Appointments During COVID-19

During these changing times, it is important to know that you are still able to have access to your doctor and many of the services they provide.  

The Australian Government has introduced telephone and telehealth consultations for all patients to help reduce unnecessary travel and the risk of being exposed to a person who may be unwell.  

Toowoomba Medical Centre is currently able to offer patients a variety of appointment options including:

  • Face-to-face consultation
  • Telephone consultation
  • Telehealth (video) consultation
  • Carpark consultation

Toowoomba Medical Centre is continually reviewing our policies and procedures during this time to help ensure that health and safety of our patients, staff and visitors who have an appointment at the practice for an appointment during this COVID-19 pandemic.
